We are hiring a Warehouse & Shipping Associate to help keep our warehouse organized, efficient, and moving smoothly. This position plays an important role in receiving inventory, picking and packing orders, preparing shipments, and making sure products go out accurately and on time.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that is a good fit for someone who likes staying busy, working with their hands, and taking pride in accurate, organized work. We are a small company, which means teamwork matters. Everyone pitches in where needed, and the work can vary from day to day.

We are looking for someone dependable, alert, detail-oriented, and able to think through tasks instead of just going through the motions. This is not the right position for someone who struggles to show up on time, stay focused, follow instructions, work safely, or take responsibility for their work.

Primary Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
• Use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and responsibly.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load outgoing shipments safely and accurately.
• Maintain organized storage areas with proper stocking, labeling, and product placement.
• Assist with order fulfillment, packaging, shipping labels, and shipment documentation.
• Support daily shipping and receiving operations to help ensure orders leave on time.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Help maintain inventory accuracy through careful counting, stocking, and product handling.
• Communicate with coworkers and supervisors when issues, shortages, damages, or mistakes are found.
• Step in to help with other warehouse, fulfillment, or business needs as required.

The right person for this position will be reliable, alert, and capable of working safely around coworkers, inventory, equipment, and customer orders. Accuracy matters here. A careless attitude, poor attendance, unsafe behavior, or showing up unfit for work will not be a good fit.

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or order fulfillment experience is helpful.
• Experience with warehouse management systems or shipping software is a plus.
• Familiarity with picking, packing, stocking, labeling, loading, and unloading procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math for inventory counts, quantities, and measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
• Good organizational skills and ability to keep work areas clean and efficient.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions, ask questions when needed, and think through problems.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Must be able to work safely and remain focused throughout the shift.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and move throughout the workday.
• Ability to work around pallets, boxes, shelving, forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely.
• Ability to handle repetitive physical tasks in a warehouse environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
