- Shift**: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM OR 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM (No

- Pay Rate:**\$50,000 annually\
\
Responsibilities
- Designs individualized treatment plans for the individuals served
- Actively participates in crisis intervention and de-escalation
- Presents clinical information to the agencys consulting psychiatrist
- Completes clinical documentation
- Participates in and attends all Community Support Team meetings for
- Consults with and advisesand actively participates with staff from
of Behavior Management Programs
- Conducts regular site assessments including the correct
reliable data for the programs
- Responds to and manages emergency clinical issues including
- Observes consumers both in residential and vocational settings to
- Provides individual and group psycho-social rehabilitation or
- Completes all required documentation in a timely manner and in
- Complies with all agency and departmental policies and procedures
- Maintains professional conduct and works cooperatively with all
- Evaluates the effectiveness of current consumer interventions and
independence
- Attends training, in-service, and other opportunities for
- Maintains a safe environment for all consumers
- MA or MS in Psychology/Counselingor an MSW
- One-year clinical experience under a qualified mental health
- Valid Illinois Drivers License
- Clinical supervision provided
- Pass a criminal background checkand physical/drug test
