Summary
We are seeking a top-tier Project Manager to own complex projects from contract to installation. You’ll lead the charge - driving timelines, budgets, and quality while serving as the go-to contact for internal team members, clients, architects, and contractors. Key Responsibilities
· Own the Projects: Manage every phase – contract to delivery.
· Keep them Moving: Build and maintain detailed timelines that hit deadlines.
· Protect the Budgets: Control costs and maintain profitability.
· Ensure Accuracy: Review drawings, specs, and plans for compliance and precision.
· Manage Risk: Spot issues early and solve them fast.
· Communicate Like a Pro: Be the trusted point of contact for all stakeholders.
· Negotiate: Handle direct, difficult conversations with confidence.
· Delivery Quality: Guarantee products meet performance, durability, and aesthetic standards.
Your Scorecard
· On-Time Delivery: 95% or better.
· Budget Control: ±3% variance.
· Client Satisfaction: 9/10 minimum.
· Change Orders: Under 5% of project cost.
· Safety: Zero OSHA incidents.
· Profitability: Hit or exceed margin targets.
· Documentation: 98% compliance.
Qualifications
· 5 years managing complex projects.
· Fenestration industry experience is a plus.
· PMP certification and PM tool expertise (MS Project, Monday, etc.).
· Clear, confident communication skills—including the ability to lead tough conversations and negotiate win-win outcomes.
· Proven ability to solve problems and deliver results.
