St. Cloud Orthopedic Associates (SCO) is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our independently owned, physician-led orthopedic practice, where you’ll partner closely with surgeons to deliver high-quality, hands-on musculoskeletal care in both clinic and OR settings while building a long-term career in a community-focused organization.

What You’ll Do
As a PA at SCO, you’ll play a key role in guiding patients through their orthopedic care journey - from evaluation through recovery.
You’ll:
- Perform orthopedic evaluations and screenings
- Develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
- Assist in surgical procedures (1st or 2nd assist)
- Perform procedures such as injections, aspirations, suturing, pin removal
- Apply/remove casts, splints, orthotics, and dressings
- Provide patient education with compassion and clarity
- Document care in the EHR and coordinate with the care team
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule
- Support continuity of care across clinic and OR settings
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree from an accredited PA program
- Current Minnesota PA license (or eligible)
- BLS/CPR certification
- Orthopedic experience preferred (new grads with strong clinical rotations encouraged to apply)
- Team-first mindset with strong clinical judgment
- Comfort in both clinic and surgical environments
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This is a hands-on clinical role involving patient mobility support, lifting, positioning, and procedural assistance in both clinic and OR settings.
