Director Spiritual Care | St. Cloud Hospital

Join our team as the Director of Spiritual Care at the St. Cloud Hospital. This vital role will provide visionary leadership to advance CentraCare’s purpose of holistic healing by integrating spiritual care and ethics across the system.

As the Director, you will be instrumental in aligning spiritual care services with CentraCare’s strategic objectives, fostering a culture of compassion, ethical integrity, and high reliability. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, collaborate across system entities and serve as a strategic partner in operational and cultural transformation.

Schedule Details:

• Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks
• Monday – Friday, hours primarily between 8am – 4:30pm
• On-site at the St. Cloud Hospital

Pay and Benefits (Total Rewards):

• Starting pay begins at $98,184.03 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience.
• Salary range: $98,184.03 – $147,254.14 per year
  Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

• Retirement with matching, up to 7.5%

Qualifications:

• Masters advanced degree in theology, pastoral care, ethics, or related field required.
• One unit of Clinical Pastoral Education required.
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience required.
• Proven experience in spiritual care leadership and clinical ethics required.
• Minimum of 3 years of ethics committee membership and leadership required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills are essential.
• Four units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) and have or are eligible for board certification (such as APC, NACC) preferred.
