What You'll Do
- Perform exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Handle a full range of general dentistry procedures — restorative, preventive, and cosmetic
- Build rapport with patients of all ages and help them feel at ease
- Keep accurate, detailed patient records
- Work closely with the team to deliver consistent, high-quality care
- Keep up with new techniques and technology in the field
What We're Looking For
- DDS or DMD, with Minnesota licensure or eligibility
- New graduates welcome — mentorship is built into our onboarding
- Solid general dentistry skills; cosmetic/restorative experience a plus
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Genuine interest in patient care and long-term growth with the practice
