St. Clare Surgical Center is seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Operating Room Circulating Registered Nurse to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Position Responsibilities
- Provide and coordinate nursing care throughout the perioperative process.
- Function as the Circulating Nurse during surgical procedures.
- Organize equipment, supplies, and personnel to ensure efficient case management.
- Assess and address patient needs during admission to the operating room.
- Advocate for patient safety and quality care throughout the surgical experience.
- Ensure compliance with established standards of nursing practice and patient safety.
- Collaborate with physicians and surgical staff to provide exceptional patient outcomes.
- Assist with inventory management and maintenance of supplies, medications, and equipment.
Qualifications
- Current Missouri RN License or Compact State RN License.
- Minimum one year of Operating Room experience required.
- Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) experience preferred.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- PALS certification preferred.
- Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
