Position Summary
The Epic Analyst – Optime/Anesthesia is responsible for the design, implementation, optimization, and support of the Epic Optime and Anesthesia modules. This role works closely with surgical services, anesthesia teams, and clinical stakeholders to ensure that the system supports efficient and effective workflows, complies with organizational standards, and aligns with clinical best practices.
Duties/Responsibilities
Bachelor’s Degree in business, information systems, nursing, pharmacy, laboratory, or imaging sciences preferred.
Experience
Three (3) years of experience in healthcare operations required, preferably in surgical nursing or informatics.
Licensure/Certification

- Provide support for issue resolution, documentation, and user training.
- Participate in upgrades, optimization initiatives, and go-live events.
- Ensure system compliance with security, privacy, and healthcare regulations.
