- Provides 24x7 monitoring and management of multi-platform data center systems.
- Monitors and balances power, HVAC, fire suppression, and security systems.
- Installs, troubleshoots, and maintains servers, storage, and related hardware.
- Performs Tier 1 support for LAN/WAN and escalates to network engineering.
- Identifies, classifies, and documents system issues using defined procedures.
- Assists in disaster recovery and scheduled maintenance activities.
- Maintains inventory and ensures asset tracking accuracy.
- Provides on-site tenant and customer support, including shipping/receiving.
- Ensures adherence to IT policies, security standards, and service expectations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
