Full-Time Bilingual Tire Technician

Responsibilities
- Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires.
- Install and program TPMS sensors.
- Inspect tires and recommend appropriate services.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Load and unload tires and inventory.
- Assist customers professionally and answer basic service questions.
- Follow all shop safety procedures.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Previous tire shop or automotive experience preferred (training available for the right candidate).
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
