Summary
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, Communications & Advocacy, the Manager, Marketing and Communications leads and executes integrated marketing and communications strategies that elevate
St. Clair Health’s brand across digital, print, and in-person channels.
This role blends strategic storytelling, digital communications expertise, and hands-on project management to support organizational goals. The incumbent will oversee website and digital content strategies, deliver compelling internal and external communications—including patient communications and sponsored content—and ensure cohesive messaging that strengthens engagement across the communities St. Clair Health serves. This position requires a proactive, service-oriented professional who excels in crafting impactful narratives and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clinical leaders, and community partners.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or public relations
- At least five years of progressive experience in marketing or communications, preferably in healthcare or consumer marketing
- Demonstrated experience managing integrated digital and traditional marketing and communications campaigns
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, digital marketing, analytics, and website performance
- Proficiency in website content management systems, email marketing platforms, and social media tools
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including experience in writing for diverse audiences and publication formats
