Summary
In accordance with established standards, provides assistance to patients in preparation for medical imaging procedures, as well as basic care tasks as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must meet one of the following:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- High School Diploma or equivalent obtained within 6 months of hire
- Must possess at least one of the following:
- Completion of a health related educational program focused on the delivery of direct patient care.
- Three months of experience in a clinical setting delivering direct patient care.
- Six months of experience providing in-person customer service.
- A fundamental understanding of personal computers and familiarity with the Windows operating system.
- Ability to lift and transport patients of various weights and ages.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior work experience in a Hospital or clinical environment.
