What are the responsibilities and job description for the Membership Services Specialist position at St. Charles Realtors?
This full-time, in-office position requires a skilled, detail-oriented professional with a positive attitude who enjoys working with people and data.
Primary Responsibilities
- Promote organizational value and benefits to prospective members and ensure excellent customer service and member satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate member records in member databases, including the processing of new applicants, member changes, and membership education records, as well as related reporting.
- Assist members with inquiries, aid in problem solving, and address concerns promptly and effectively.
- Assist members with store purchases, key issuance and problems, etc. Maintain the Key system and related inventory, as well as the store inventory.
- Serve as the member database administrator for the office to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the data.
- Serve as the staff liaison to the Community Outreach Committee and to the membership staff at related organizations.
- Assist at organization events (including after hours), as needed.
- Other projects as needed.

- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and database experience

- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Regular use of computers, keyboards, telephones, and other standard office equipment is required, along with the manual dexterity needed to operate them
- Must be able to lift and carry supplies weighing up to 20 pounds and may require bending, leaning, kneeling, and walking

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
