Job Description: Seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep to ensure the hotel’s facilities, guest rooms, and common areas are in excellent condition. Key Responsibilities: Perform basic repairs and preventive maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and equipment. Inspect and maintain guest rooms, hallways, and public areas. Handle painting, carpentry, and minor renovation tasks as needed. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and guest issues. Ensure safety standards and cleanliness in all work areas. Coordinate with management and external vendors when specialized repairs are needed. Qualifications: Prior maintenance or handyman experience preferred (hotel experience a plus). Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as required.
