Assist the Front Office Manager in daily operations of the front desk and guest services. Handle guest check-in/check-out, billing, and reservations efficiently. Resolve guest issues promptly and courteously to ensure guest satisfaction. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness and guest requests. Maintain accurate records, reports, and shift handovers. Monitor front office inventory and supplies. Ensure adherence to hotel policies, safety, and security standards. Uphold the property’s brand standards Qualifications: Minimum 1 years of front office experience in hospitality required. Strong communication, and problem-solving skills. Working Knowledge of hotel PMS Flexible shifts Friendly, professional demeanor
