Position: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

We are seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is ready to bring skill, leadership, and heart to our growing team.

- No formal call requirements, but a supportive team culture ensures backup when census is high
What You Bring
- Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- At least 2 years of NICU experience in a Level III setting
- Strong procedural skills (intubation, line placement, chest tube insertion, etc.)
- Passion for family-centered care and supporting parents during the most critical moments
