Job Description
What You Will Do
- Patrol the hotel to ensure the safety of guests, associates, and property around the clock.
- Enforce hotel policies with a courteous but firm approach-professionalism is key.
- Respond quickly to emergencies and security requests, staying calm under pressure.
- Monitor entrances, package deliveries, and personnel access to keep things secure.
- Write clear, detailed reports of your activities each shift to keep the team informed.
What We Are Looking For
- 2 years of loss prevention or security experience - You know how to spot and handle risks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent - Solid communication and observation skills matter.
- Current CPR, First Aid, and TIPS certifications - Preparedness saves lives and ensures compliance.
- Physical mobility and strength - You're ready to assist in emergencies when needed.
- Professional and approachable demeanor - Guests and associates feel safe and respected with you around.
