FINANCIAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR
ST. CHARLES COUNTY POLICE DEPARTMENT
Starting Salary: $48,582.22 per year
This is a full-time position, 40 hours/week, which includes a full range of benefits, including Paid Time Off, Extended Medical Leave, Holidays, Employee Health, Dental, Life, Disability, Retirement, and Tuition Assistance programs.
Job Overview
The purpose of this position is to provide clerical duties for the Cyber Crime Unit, including the Coordination of Task Force units for the Statewide Internet Crimes Against Children Grant. This position acts under the supervision of the Captain - Division of Criminal Investigations.
Responsible for the direction of daily office operations to include centralization of business/financial operations, affiliate agency customer services, marketing, programming, purchasing, training, and other administrative duties.
Assist personnel with questions and concerns from affiliate agencies, vendors, and citizens.
Performs special assignments such as compiling reports, researching information, and summarizing data or publications.
Assists in preparing multiple annual budgets.
Prepares monthly expense and revenue line-item budget reports.
Notes commitments made during meetings and arranges for personnel implementation; draws attention to important actions or potential conflicts.
Maintains and distributes official department/unit policies and manuals.
Handles travel and conference requests, arrangements, and expense reports, including requests from affiliate agencies.
Acts as the Unit liaison on fiscal and grant matters to the County, State, and Federal governments.
Provides regular fiscal projections to accurately manage available grant funds and expenditures.
Prepares monthly grant financial status reports and quarterly grant progress reports submitted to the State and Federal governmen
