Our team is what makes St. Camillus a great place to work! We are currently hiring an RN Assistant Unit Manager to join our Nursing Team!
Responsibilities:
This position is to assist in the management and coordination of all nursing activities for residents on the assigned unit. This management will be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that governs the facility and as directed by the unit Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing or designee. The highest degree of quality care is to be maintained at all times. The Assistant Nurse Manager is delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out assigned duties.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and possess current license as a Registered Professional Nurse.
- A strong nursing background in Medical Surgical, Neurology Program or similar healthcare setting is required.
- Exceptional leadership skills that foster department and interdisciplinary teamwork, morale, and productivity.
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills that promote employee engagement with supervisors, peers, and subordinates.
