We Are Currently seeking a PER DIEM Home Health Aides (HHA) To Join Our Team!
PER DIEM: $18.00-$20.00 hourly based on experience

Responsibilities:
This position is responsible to provide personal care assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), light housekeeping, and/or rehabilitation activities under the direction and supervision of an LPN or Registered Nurse. HHAs accurately document and report changes in client status while maintaining a positive working relationship with clients, their families and coworkers.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred
· Home Health Aide certification from an approved NYS training program, OR have successfully completed an approved training/equivalency program approved by the DOH.
· Twelve hours of in-service training per year is required.
· Proven ability to work in a team context and to set priorities
· Proven skills in building and maintaining effective work relationships
· Valid NYS Driver’s license and proof of auto insurance preferred
