The Licensed Practical Nurse is under the direction of the nurse manager or charge nurse; LPNs assist with the preparation of nursing care plans and act as a team leader in the implementation of care plans to provide the highest quality of care to residents within the assigned unit. The LPNs will comply with NYS and Federal Health and Safety regulations and practices. We provide competitive wages and shift differentials for evening and overnight shifts. PURPOSE:
To support staffing on the evening shift, the organization will offer an hourly $3.00 Evening Incentive to LPNs whose regular employment status is full time and whose master schedule is on the evening shift that includes working 10 full evening shifts (3 PM – 11:30 PM) per pay period and assigned to a specific unit.
PAY RATE:
- $21.50 - $26.21 per hour base pay
- $12.00 per hour (for hours worked) evening differential
- $3 per hour (for hours worked) for Evening Incentive Program
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must possess a license as a Practical Nurse in the state of New York.
- Valid in-person CPR Certificate/BLS with AED certificate (online CPR course not accepted)
- Candidates with a minimum of 6 months’ nursing experience will be given priority consideration. New graduates are welcome!
