What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wash Bay Assistant position at St Boni Motor Sports?
St Boni Motorsports is looking for a temporary wash bay assistant for our service department. We sell and service full lines of Kawasaki, Yamaha, and BRP (Sea-Doo, Can-AM, and Ski-Doo) products and are committed to providing the best customer service experience in the industry.
As we enter spring, St Boni Motor Sports is offering a wash and delivery service for customers who stored their PWCs with us over the winter. Many of these watercraft were picked up directly from the customer’s dock and will be delivered back to the docks to be ready for the riding season.
This is a temporary position to assist with the increased seasonal volume. If you are looking for an active job outdoors and enjoy being around motorsports and watercraft, we are looking for employees with good attitudes, who value professionalism, and who also enjoy getting some time riding on the water.
Duties Include:
- Communicating with the service advisors to determine when watercraft will be picked up
- Washing customer units while taking care to treat machines with care and respect
- Assisting in organizing machines and preparing them for pickup/delivery
- Occasionally helping with watercraft deliveries to customers at their dock/home
- Recognize when to ask for help or turn a situation over to a manager
Requirements:
- Positive and respectful attitude
- Reliable
- Willingness to work with others
- Must be able to lift over 50lbs
- Experience operating various powersports vehicles (ATVs, PWCs, Motorcycles)
- Knowledge of Lake Minnetonka preferred

- 9-6 Tuesday
- 9-6 Wednesday
- 9-7 Thursday
- 9-6 Friday
- 9-2 Saturday
- Job Type: Temporary Full-Time position with an end date of June 15th, depending on workload
Pay: $20.00 per hour
