This is a full-time role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include managing phone and email communications, organizing and maintaining records, and providing administrative support to executive staff. The role involves ensuring smooth office operations and maintaining professional communication with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication Skills
- Proficient in Clerical Skill - including organizing records and maintaining documentation electronically and physically
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency with Windows operations and Microsoft Office
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Relevant experience in administrative or office support roles
- 40-Hour weekly schedule availability 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
