What are the responsibilities and job description for the OR Tech position at St. Barnabas?
The OR Certified Surgical Technologist is a critical member of the Operating Room Team who performs a variety of technical skills in support of the surgeon during cases. The Surgical technologist is an autonomous skilled individual who is competent in a variety of specialties and scrubs in surgical/diagnostic procedure(s) under the direction of a registered professional nurse.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Operating Room Technician Program or its equivalent.
