What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Records Clerk (Per Diem) position at St. Barnabas?
The Medical Records Clerk will be responsible for the the collection, maintenance, storage and security of patient’s medical information by using established policies, rules, regulations and laws.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have:
• HS Diploma/GED
•One (1) year experience in Medical Records Department or clinical experience from a certified HM/H.I.T program required
• Computer skills required, good verbal and written communications skills required
- HIM EPIC experience highly preferred
