This team member reports directly to the Director of Maintenance. Will oversee maintenance projects and repairs at the properties; as well as hire, train and schedule maintenance staff.
Job Qualifications
Three years of experience as a maintenance supervisor is preferred, along with experience with HVAC and a minimum three to five years of experience in facility maintenance.
