Position Details
- Location: Conley Golf Course
- Position: Golf Starter
- Salary Range: $10.00 – $11.00 per hour
- Job Type: Part-Time
- Shifts: Varies
- Welcome guests and ensure a positive start to their golf experience.
- Manage tee times and ensure the timely, orderly movement of players.
- Communicate course conditions and enforce pace of play.
- Enforce golf course rules, including dress code policies.
- Monitor and manage the tee sheet.
- Coordinate with other starters and rangers.
- Provide information and assistance to guests in a courteous manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Positive, solution-based attitude and team spirit.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks such as walking, standing, bending, and stooping for extended periods.
- Familiarity with golf operations is a plus.
