Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Collects, routes and distributes appropriate mail/supplies to and from outlying St. Anthony medical clinics and other surrounding medical entities.
- Distributes appropriate mail/supplies to in-house departments upon return.
- Fuels vehicle when needed.
- Takes vehicle in for regular oil changes.
- Provides occasional services outside of normal working hours on an as-needed basis.
- Practices and behaves in a professional, safe and ethical manner at all times.
- Attends all mandatory meetings and programs.
- Performs other duties as necessary or assigned.
- Complies with the Corporate Compliance Policy and all laws, regulations, and Standards of Conduct relating to the position and agrees to report any suspected violations of law or Standards of Conduct.
- Maintains a safe work environment using safe work practices, utilizing standard precautions and complying with hazardous waste procedures at all times as described in St. Anthony's Safety Manual.
- Maintains the confidentiality of patient, resident, employee and organizational information.

Education and/or Experience
No prior experience or training.
Position Requirements, Licenses, Certifications, Registrations
- Fluency in and thorough understanding of the primary language(s) being translated.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills in the applicable languages.
- Excellent listening skills and auditory recall to remember spoken words and to accurately reproduce them in the desired language.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to appropriately understand and respond to culturally sensitive situations, perspectives, and phrases.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in intense situations.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, patients, families and other employees or the organization.
