St. Anthony Park Home – St. Paul, MN

St. Anthony Park Home is an 84-bed skilled nursing facility located in the beautiful historic St. Anthony Park neighborhood. We’re looking for an experienced LNHA - Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our team with compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure quality resident care

  • Lead and support department managers and staff

  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

  • Manage budgets and promote a positive workplace culture

Requirements:

  • Active Minnesota LNHA license

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Experience in skilled nursing or healthcare management
