RN Nurse Manager
St. Anthony Park Home is seeking an experienced RN Nurse Manager to join our nursing leadership team.
The Nurse Manager plays a key role in setting and maintaining the standard of care across the facility while supporting staff, care planning, and regulatory compliance. This role works closely with the ADON and DON and helps drive quality outcomes and staff engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day clinical leadership to nursing staff
Support resident care planning, assessments, and interdisciplinary coordination
Reinforce standards of care and regulatory compliance
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and mentoring nursing staff
Create and manage nursing schedules to ensure appropriate coverage
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
Partner with leadership to improve quality outcomes, efficiency, and staff retention
Serve as clinical leadership support in collaboration with the ADON and DON
Qualifications
Active Minnesota RN license (required)
Long-term Care Experience (required)
Prior supervisory or nurse leadership experience (preferred)
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations
Compensation & Benefits
$90,000 – $100,000 annually, based on experience
