We are vendorized by the Alta California Regional Center (ACRC) and committed to empowering our residents to live independent, fulfilling lives in a safe home environment.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented RN Consultant to provide nursing oversight, staff training, and regulatory compliance support. In this role, you will not be performing shift work; rather, you will serve as the clinical expert ensuring our facilities meet Community Care Licensing (Title 22) and Regional Center standards.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Oversight: Conduct monthly/quarterly nursing assessments as required by Title 22 and the resident's Individual Program Plan (IPP).Restricted Health Conditions: Develop, review, and update RHC care plans (e.g., diabetes, catheters, oxygen) to satisfy CCL requirements.Medication Management: Monitor medication management processes, review MARs (Medication Administration Records), and conduct drug destruction audits.Staff Training: Provide mandatory training to direct support staff on medication administration and specific health procedures (e.g., insulin injection, G-tube care).Advocacy: Serve as the liaison between the facility, Alta Regional Service Coordinators, and external medical providers.Minimum QualificationsLicensure: Current RN license issued by the California Board of Registered Nursing.Experience: 2-3 years nursing experience.
