Position: Principal - Full-Time - 2027-28 School Year

The Principal’s primary responsibility is to build and maintain collaborative relationships with students, staff, and the community. The selected candidate will be charged with living a mission and vision focused on results, leading and managing systems of change, and improving teaching and learning. Qualifications:
- Illinois Professional Educator License with a General Administrative Endorsement
- Previous experience in administrative position (preferred)
- Master’s degree in education (minimum)
- Successful completion of PERA training (teacher training required; principal training preferred)
- Multiple years of successful teaching experience
- Knowledge and understanding of best instructional practices and systemic processes
- Experience and/or understanding of working in a diverse community
- Ability to use technology for data analysis and communication
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable.
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
