Registered Nurse – RN – Flexible Schedule

We are seeking to hire a Registered Nurse – RN – Flexible Schedule.
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus*
- Work 2 x 12-hour Day Shifts and 1 x 12-hour Night Shift.
- Self-scheduling to an extent.
- $38 - $42 per hour based on experience.
Registered Nurse – RN – Flex Schedule Qualifications:
- Current PA RN - Registered Nurse licensure.
- Current BLS certification.
- Long-Term Care experience preferred.
- Open to covering nights as needed during vacations and special circumstances.
- Minimum two weekends per month as needed; Rotating Holidays.
Registered Nurse – RN – Flex Schedule Job Summary:
- Assist in assessment and care planning for residents.
- Assist in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units.
- Regular rounding on nursing units.
- Facilitate communication between nursing aides, licensed nurses and providers.
- Assure complete and accurate documentation through spot-checking and on-going supervision.
- Consult with Unit Managers in the provision of continuity of care to residents.
