Key Responsibilities

Skill Refinement: Elevate foundational skills to a competitive level, focusing on high-speed ball handling, situational passing, shooting consistency, and aggressive man-to-man defensive concepts.

Tactical Execution: Implement offensive and defensive systems, press breaks, and special-situation plays that directly align with the High School program's playbook and terminology.

High School Preparation: Prepare athletes for the transition to 9-12 basketball by increasing the intensity of conditioning, practice pace, and basketball IQ expectations.

Game & Roster Management: Plan disciplined practices, manage game strategy and playtime distribution, and oversee all 8th-grade team logistics.

Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with the 7th-grade coach and High School coaching staff to ensure a seamless developmental pipeline for the boys' basketball program.
