The Extended Day Program Director oversees the daily operations of the school’s Extended Day Program and serves as the primary point of contact for families. Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for parents regarding all Extended Day matters

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Extended Day Program

Maintain ongoing communication with the school bookkeeper about student payments

Manage student payment plans and maintain all related contracts and financial documentation

Maintain all student and staff records required by state regulations

Administer medication as needed (MAT Certification required or willingness to obtain)

Collaborate with the school nurse regarding student health concerns

Communicate with families if a student needs to be picked up early

Supervise a staff of approximately 10 employees (7 regular daily staff)

Recruit, hire, and onboard Extended Day staff

Provide support by filling in to monitor groups when needed
