Shift Differentials
Weekdays:
- 2nd Shift (3p–11p): $2.00/hr
- 3rd Shift (11p–7a): $2.00/hr
Weekends:
- 1st Shift (7a–3p): $2.00/hr
- 2nd Shift (3p–11p): $3.00/hr
- 3rd Shift (11p–7a): $3.50/hr
Pay Range (Including Per Diem Differential)
- Registered Nurse (RN): $32.00–$37.40/hr base $4.00 per diem differential ? $36.00–$41.40/hr total
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $28.00–$33.40/hr base $4.00 per diem differential ? $32.00–$37.40/hr total
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Care: Deliver quality nursing care in accordance with CCNH policies, state, and federal regulations.
- Care Coordination: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care, collaborating with physicians and supervisors.
- Supervision: Support LNAs and LMNAs to ensure consistent, compassionate care.
Requirements
· Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
· Long-term care experience preferred
· Must possess and maintain a current Practical Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board
