We are seeking an Apartment Manager for the community.
This is a full-time position, 32 hours a week, 4 days a week, no weekend requirement.

Job Responsibilities;
• Creating and maintaining tenant files
• Developing marketing tools to ensure timely occupancy of apartments
• Maintaining an open line of communication with tenants and their families
• Resolving tenant complaints and grievances
Requirements
• Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent
• Must have a clean driving record
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required

Salary : $2,400
