We are looking to hire a dependable lead preschool teacher responsible for managing and supervising students and activities in a their classroom. We are seeking a professional who is comfortable working one on one with students and is capable of developing a good relationship with them, as well as maintaining a positive relationship with the parents. We are looking for someone who is ready to work, has a true love for children, and is a team player. We offer paid sick and vacation leave, as well as paid holidays/center closures. Duties
- Manage the classroom and all activities for the room
- Enforce the rules of a classroom following the guidelines of the administration
- Create lesson plans appropriate for the age level and subject matter (we provide resources for this)
- Build relationships with students and their families
- Positive role model for students
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 6 months experience in a licensed childcare facility
- love for children
