Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of annual giving program, including data analytics, reporting needs, and appeal execution
- Serve as lead user of CRM Advance and GiveCampus platforms
- Plan and execute Giving Tuesday and Day of Giving campaigns
- Coordinate donor segmentation and support fundraising outreach
- Manage donor stewardship programs, giving society membership, and campaign performance tracking
- Liaise with campus and external partners on giving-related needs for assigned program
- Bachelor's degree required; minimum 1 year of related experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and online platforms; CRM Advance experience preferred
- Knowledge of university advancement operations a plus
