Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Vice President's complex calendar, meetings, priorities, and communications.
- Provide administrative and operational support to division leadership.
- Coordinate strategic projects, track deadlines, and ensure timely follow-through.
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Organize leadership meetings, retreats, campus visits, and special events.
- Support budget administration, purchasing processes, and vendor documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Serve as a key liaison among university leaders, faculty, staff, students, vendors, and community partners.
- Maintain efficient office operations, records, procedures, and shared resources across the division.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solver with sound judgment and initiative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new technologies.
- Effective collaborator with leaders and teams across the organization.
- Associate degree or equivalent two-year degree required.
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in executive support, administration, project coordination, or a related professional field.
- Ability to travel occasionally between campuses and other locations as needed.
