- Hire, train, and supervise a team of student visit assistants.
- Foster a culture of hospitality and excellence in all guest interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Experience in customer service and/or public speaking.
- Ability to lead student employees with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- CRM experience and knowledge of higher education settings are a plus.
