St. Ambrose University at the Mount Mercy University campus is seeking an adjunct faculty member to teach CH 101 – Chemistry in the Kitchen Lecture and Laboratory in our undergraduate programs for the Spring 2026 Semester. This course is taken predominantly by non-science majors that are meeting requirements of Mt. Mercy's liberal arts curriculum.
