Montessori Director Position
St. Aloysius Gonzaga School is seeking a Montessori Director for the 2026-2027 academic year.
St. Aloysius Catholic School is seeking a Montessori Director for the 2026-2027 academic year. This Director will be working with 2 1⁄2 year olds to kindergarten age students. We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and mission-driven teacher to join our team. The Montessori certified director will demonstrate expertise in planning, guiding, and evaluating the learning process of the students for whom the teacher is responsible, within the framework of the school's philosophy, organization, and curriculum.
Having a strong understanding of Montessori philosophy is preferred. This director position is part of a Montessori team that works collaboratively together for the best needs of children.
Salary:
Offering pay is based on the Catholic diocesan-wide certificated pay scale, relevant experience, degrees, and certifications.
Hours:
This is a 12 month contract.
Qualifications:
Experience working in a Montessori classroom
Montessori Certification through AMI, AMS, MIA or IAPM (candidates currently in training with prior experience are also encouraged to apply)
