Position Summary
Saint Albans City School and Maple Run Unified School District are seeking an experienced and student-centered Principal to lead Saint Albans City School, a PreK–Grade 8 school serving approximately 609 students.

Responsibilities
The Principal will:
-Lead curriculum, instruction, assessment, and school improvement efforts
-Support, supervise, and develop faculty and staff
-Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging school climate
-Strengthen relationships with families and the community
-Manage day-to-day school operations and build leadership
-Ensure alignment with district mission, goals, and state/federal requirements
Qualifications
-Master’s Degree required
-Vermont Principal Endorsement (or eligibility) required
-Minimum of five years of successful experience in education
-Demonstrated success in instructional leadership and school improvement
-Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
