-Plan, teach, and assess students in all key academic areas (literacy, math, science, social studies, social/emotional learning, religion)
-Use the RenWeb online database for attendance, grading, and communication
-Create a safe and joyful learning environment
-Communicate effectively and often with parents regarding their child’s progress
-Interact and communicate with children in a calm, kind, and nurturing manner
-Understand and support the unique strengths of each child
-Support the faith formation of students and participate/accompany them in faith formation experiences (Mass, etc.)
-Collaborate with colleagues, guidance counselor, special education teacher, and specialists for planning and to support students
-Teach Spanish language and culture classes, developing 4 key proficiencies: reading, writing, listening, and speaking
-Design engaging, standards-aligned lessons that support diverse learners and implement accommodations
