What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Gymnastics Coach position at SSYMCA?

CORE EXPECTATIONS:
- Must be able to attend all team practices (4 nights a week) and occasionally weekend meets. May also be responsible for coaching some pre-team and recreational classes.
- Is familiar with and has worked with USA Gymnastics guidelines for all Xcel levels.
- Follows all YMCA as well as the Gymnastics studios Rules & policies.
- Age requirements: Must be over the age of 21.
- Must have team coaching experience.
- Must be SafeSport certified.
- Willingness to accept responsibility.
- Be Enthusiastic and positive while coaching.
- Must be able to lift & move gymnastics equipment up to 40lbs.
- Possess effective Teaching & Coaching skills.
- Possess proper spotting techniques.
- Possess organizational skills.
Salary : $20 - $25
