SSW Premier, LLC, (formerly Premier Manufacturing Corporation) a division of SSW Advanced Technologies in Henderson, TN has exciting opportunities for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift Production Team Members (Machine Operators ) We are a leading manufacture of wire products for the HVAC industry.

1st shift = 6:00 am - 2:30 pm @ $14/hour

2nd shift = 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm @15.50/hour - Finishing Department

2:30 pm - 11:00 pm @ $15.50/hour Fabrication Department

3rd shift = 10:00 pm - 6:00 am @ $15/hour

Team Members are assigned to an area or machine and may be assigned in other areas, as needed. They function as a member of a manufacturing team which is directly responsible for the efficient production of quality products in the required quantities. They operate machinery in the assigned area or work as a team on Finishing Line. The Team Members must have the skill set to train and/or perform the tasks of other associates in the area as needed.

What You Will Do In Your Role

• Working as a team to meet and exceed safety, production, and quality goals
• Performing quality checks and keeping designated work area clean throughout shift
• Operating equipment to defined standards and product specification targets
• Performing housekeeping duties to include cleaning the work area, machines, equipment, etc.
• Assisting with troubleshooting minor machine malfunctions, making machine adjustments, and equipment change overs.
• Safely and efficiently working in a fast-paced, industrial environment that is hot, cold, humid, and noisy and may include working around dust, oil, chemicals and other substances
• Performing tasks that entail lifting, walking, stooping, pushing and/or pulling for at least 8 hours per day
• Position requires strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety equipment (PPE)

Requirements

· Be 18 years or older

· Prefer 1 year experience in manufacturing environment but not required

· Report for work as scheduled

· Ability to communicate with mangers, supervisors, and other team members

Must be willing to be cross-trained and move to other areas when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
