Primary Responsibilities:
SAP Support & Data Integrity
- Provide SAP support and troubleshooting across all departments.
- Ensure accurate confirmations and transactions between departments.
- Audit confirmations for discrepancies, document lessons learned and implement corrections.
- Assist with creation of shop packets for both production facilities.
Inventory and Cycle Counting
- Perform cycle counting and inventory tracking in SAP for all departments.
- Conduct weekly and month-end counts for packaging, powder, and chemicals for bldg. 1.
- Maintain accurate inventory of ESD cabinet in building 1.
- Monitor warehouse inventory and ensure accuracy.
Production & Scheduling Support
- Train with schedulers to complete TECO and Backflush for production orders
- Process scrap transactions and resolve discrepancies for all production departments.
- Support non-conforming material handling and scrap reporting.
Shipping & Logistics
- Prepare shipping paperwork and verify shipments are labeled and loaded correctly.
- Follow shipping and safety procedures.
- Use SAP to confirm materials and create shipping documents.
- Notify Supply Chain team of material shortages.
Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
- Suggest improvements for shipping, inventory, and cycle counting processes.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve issues.
- Track key performance metrics such as on-time delivery and inventory accuracy.
- Train team members on new processes and cross-train within the Supply Chain group.
- Support 5S Audits and 5S monthly activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Functions:

- Perform other duties as requested by the Supervisor/Manager.
Competencies:
- Experience with SAP and shipping platforms (FedEx, UPS, Freight Brokers)
- Knowledge of freight carriers, shipping documentation, and regulations
- Experience with warehouse operations and inventory control
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with safety and compliance standards
- Proactive approach to identifying and solving issues
- Flexibility in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to analyze processes and implement improvements
- Ability to utilize root cause analysis for problem solving
Educational/Training Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience Requirements:
- Some SAP experience, ability to train and further knowledge within SAP
- Must have experience with SAP shipping functionality
- Must have thorough knowledge of operations in the Warehouse and be familiar with the product and the processes for accurate shipments of product.
- Must have thorough knowledge of quality standards and specifications, the current Bargaining Agreement and Company Policies.
