What You’ll Do
- Own the monthly financial close for the plant, delivering accurate GAAP-compliant statements.
- Provide real-time financial insights and daily production metrics to the GM—be their go-to business partner.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting, comparing results to prior year, budget, and projections.
- Drive inventory control and cost accounting, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage fixed assets and capital spending analysis.
- Prepare regulatory reports and support audits.
- Deliver operational analysis, trend projections, and actionable insights.
- Serve as the primary liaison with corporate finance.

What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s and CPA preferred).
- Experience: 5 years in accounting/finance leadership, ideally in manufacturing.
- Skills: Strong GAAP knowledge, cost accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Tech-savvy with accounting software, Excel, and data analysis tools.
- A natural problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and a sense of ownership.
