Location- 14676 W Upright Ave, Charlevoix, MI 49720,
Shift- 12hrs 6p-6:30a/36 hrs/Must be willing to float to units where experienced
Pay Rate
Local Rate -$29/hr
Traveler Rate-$48/hr
Requirement
- At least two years of SNF/LTC experience - [REQUIRED]
- BLS (Must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross) - [REQUIRED]
- Covid Vaccine Required - Medical & Religious Exemptions can be accepted on a case-by-case basis- [REQUIRED]
- Previous travel experience - [REQUIRED]
